This private residential building was an extremely challenging but rewarding project to work on for all the team. The new build construction consisted of reinforced concrete frame with all surfaces remaining exposed. The internal walls were made up of a mixture polished concrete blocks and polished plaster.
This presented a challenge when designing the ME and P installation. we came up with various solutions including casting downlights into the exposed concrete soffit and hiding MVHR ducts within joinery. The site was exceptionally tight located between 2 private houses on a busy residential road in close proximity to schools and churches.
The result of all this hard work was a truly stunning bespoke home which the client is thrilled with.
